Payments are processed manually through our support team. Contact us via email at support@countpadi.com to subscribe. We accept monthly payments, and your subscription will be active for the month you paid. Payment history is visible in your subscription dashboard.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access until the end of your paid billing period. After that, or if your subscription expires, your access to dashboard features will be restricted. You will be redirected to the subscription page where you can resubscribe. You can still view your subscription status, payment history, and contact support. However, you will not be able to record sales, manage inventory, view reports, or perform any operational tasks until you resubscribe. Your data remains safe and will be immediately available when you resubscribe.

However, when your subscription expires or is cancelled (after the billing period ends), you will not be able to access your dashboard, reports, or perform any operations. You can only view the subscription page and resubscribe. Once you resubscribe, all your data will be immediately available again - nothing is lost.
